Red Velvet – 6/10
Cream cheese base was too mild and had no cream cheese tang. Lacking mix ins. Overall, very plain tasting and probably my least favorite pint from Little g thus far.
Cinnamon Caramel Churro – 4/10
The cinnamon base is extremely strong in cinnamon spice. If you aren’t a fan of cinnamon, this might be too strong for you. Combined with the churro pieces, it’s a great combination. Unfortunately, I got 4 churro pieces and zero swirl in my pint. Had there been a swirl and sufficient churro pieces this one is an easy 10/10.
Peanut Butter Fudge – 9/10
This was a total knock out flavor. As you can see from the picture, this had pools of chocolate fudge swirl. The peanut base was delicious, a little too sweet for me. A slight amount of saltiness would sent this over the top. The mdoughw triple chocolate fudge pieces were very tasty.\
Funfetti – 8/10
This cake flavored ice cream is very tasty and will definitely have you think you’re eating a cake stuffed in ice cream. This very sweet, cake flavored ice cream is delicious. It doesn’t differ from Little g’s regular cake flavored ice cream, but with the mdoughw pieces, this was very enjoyable.
Slutty – 8/10
Slutty will probably be one of the favorites for most people. It’s loaded with oreo pieces and brownies. With a combination like that, the basic b will be extremely satisfied. For me, this was primarily a well done cookies and cream ice cream which is why it doesn’t get a higher rating.
White Chocolate Macadamia – 7/10
This flavor was one I was pretty excited to try. Not a lot of companies have been able to produce a high quality white chocolate base. Unfortunately, this Little g white chocolate didn’t hit the mark. You do get a slight white chocolate flavor, but nothing like you’d hope for in a flavor like this. One of the biggest issues with this pint for me was the ginormous, teeth breaking macadamia nuts. They needed to be chopped up for smaller pieces which I think would have helped with not feeling like you’re going to crack a tooth biting into them.
Overall, this was definitely was one of Little g’s worst pack to date. I don’t know if it was because of the collaboration, but quality control was not up to normal standards. If you didn’t get to order this pack, don’t feel bad because you saved yourself money.
